    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course if you are a self motivated person. I took this course as a hybrid course (only meeting in person 5 times a semester and the rest of the material and studies were online). You can not procrastinate because you have deadlines and you do not meet all the time so your professor or classmates cannot keep you updated on when assignments are due that often. You have a quiz over a specific chapter each week so that it keeps you on track of learning all of the material throughout the semester.

    Course highlights:

One highlight was when the professor had us do a skype video chat with someone with personal experience talking about their career and internships that dealt with Industrial/Organizational psychology. Another was that the professor is super bubbly and energetic so she made it feel like a fun, encouraging, learning environment. I learned time management through this course and I also learned how to read an textbook, summarize and take out key points for a follow up quiz.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

You definitely need the book to succeed because the 10 quiz questions comes straight from the textbook. You need to be self motivated. You only need to set aside however long it takes you to read one chapter and a maximum of 10 minutes for the quiz. The biggest study tips I can provide are: to actually read the textbook, go to the professor's office hours for any questions because she would be more than willing to help, and do the extra credit opportunities provided.
