    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Astronomy is such a fascinating subject and I believe Dr. Williams teaches it well! It does require you to pay attention because if you zone out you might miss a lot of information. I loved this professor because you could tell he loved what he did. Taking notes is crucial in this class! He also assigns homework twice a week.

    Course highlights:

I love astronomy so the entire course was so interesting to me. There was a lot of homework assigned but a lot of it was also on the test so he homework prepares you pretty well!

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Always take notes and if you miss a day, ask someone in your class (who is a decent note taker) for theirs. Study the homework and online quizzed before tests. DO NOT TRY TO CRAM FOR HIS TESTS. I don't care if you think you can do it, you can't. Start studying about a week in advance and you should do fine on tests.

    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I wouldn't recommend this course because of the level of difficulty. You have to be prepared for physics and trigonometry equations because this course requires a lot of knowledge within these two subjects.

    Course highlights:

I have gained a sense of direction by looking at different stars and constellations in the sky. I also have learned certain names of objects in the sky and the purpose of them.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

You definitely need to have good study skills and follow along with whats going on in the lectures. It sometimes can be difficult to stay awake so I recommend a pot of coffee.
