This course is not only a class on how we absorb the good things food contains but it is also a thought and life-changing class. This class is very helpful in what ever career you pursue and your personal food life.
I learned that everything we should eat that is grain based should be whole grain, no ifs ands or buts. Portion size is more important that what you actually eat.
