Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The course was very moderately paced but simultaneously went into great detail about each topic. D'brot really wants his students to do well and is flexible with grading because of this. The grade was just based on four tests (one of which that he drops) and a final. If you go through the study guides he puts online, you will be absolutely fine.

    Course highlights:

I loved the lab section of this course. I am a hands on learner, so the labs were helpful way for me to truly grasp the concepts talked about during the lectures. The dissections were slightly gross, but mostly fascinating. The labs are graded very easily and help boost your overall class average.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

If you want to take it, then take it. If biology doesn't naturally make sense to you, you will probably have to put in a little extra time to study but the material is pretty straight forward. D'brot is always open to chat with you if you are having any issues. If you do end up taking this class, GO TO CLASS. It is hard to catch up on the notes if you miss a day.
