The professor is organized, lectures correspond to the textbook material; you're tested over what's covered in class (no surprises). she does a good job of using real-life examples to make marketing concepts more concrete and understandable.
The professor is upbeat and enthusiastic, which makes going to class more enjoyable. she uses TopHat to ask questions in class, which forces you to pay attention (and makes it easier to remember the material later)

go to class. your grade is determined only by the two exams and participation/attendance so it's super important to show up. also, she offers jeopardy study sessions before each exam to help students prepare, and she gives you extra credit if you go -- so go!
