    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I have never met another instructor as passionate for the material as she was. She made the information very easy to comprehend. This course has a vast amount of information, but if handled responsibly the information becomes easier to retain.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were mainly organismal functions;such as functions of our body systems, and taxonomic rankings due to homologous features and traits, and the population behaviors of different ecosystems.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would advise students not to procrastinate, and to study the material religiously. This course seems simple at first, but with the amount of information in addition to comprehending the material, you must always stay one step ahead in order to succeed in this course.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

She is a great Professor with great enthusiasm and she makes concepts easier to grasp. It is a tough course for sure and you definitely have to work harder than normal.

    Course highlights:

I learnt a lot during our labs as we got to do more hands on work

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study atleast 2-3 hours before a quiz and keep reviewing your material. Have the handouts printed out before class and do not ever be late or be on your phone in class because you'll probably be kicked out of class for the day and you can't make it up.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course was tough, there's a lot of material to learn throughout the semester. The professor is great, she's extremely intelligent and makes you interested in the class even if you're not interested in what's being covered in lecture that day. This course requires hours of studying for quizzes and exams, but let's you know you belong there if you work hard enough! Mrs. Bingham is always there to explain again if you don't understand the first time. Highly recommended if you're willing to work for your grade!

    Course highlights:

There's a wide range of topics throughout this course, tons of taxonomy, plants, and systems. The semester starts off with evolution, then bacteria, fungi, plants and plant reproduction, animals (invertebrates and vertebrates), then goes into the systems of mammals, and ends with ecology. There was four dissections and a lot of lab material to go along with lecture material.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The best advice I could give to future students going into Mrs. Bingham's class is to not underestimate her course just because she's super nice. Study no less than 10 hours if you want to make an A on her exams. Exams cover most all of the material she goes over in class, so don't miss a single day!
