    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it because you learn a lot of information regarding politics.

    Course highlights:

Something that was hard for me was writing many essays and a 10-page research paper. This not only taught me important information about our government, but it also helped me organize my time and my work.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't leave everything for the last moment and study hard for the tests

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The current presidential election is headlining every news article both on a small and large level. This class helps point out the intricacies of politics and the "behind the scenes" stories that Mrs Rodriques adds to it are worth the time and effort.

    Course highlights:

The highlights I learned were primarily how racism was deeply in graded in the south. It shaped much of history and government. Suppression of minority suffrage played a key roll in the south's ability to garner support for much of its segregated policies.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

All test are essay format. Special note should be taken on anything she writes on the chalkboard. Do not try to take notes, because she lectures from the book. Simply put sticky notes or catalog the page number in order to find information to review.
