    | Would highly recommend.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    The professor was a wonderful teacher and it gave me the basic foundation for starting my career as a personal trainer.

    Course highlights:

    It sparked great passion in me for my love of fitness and overall health! I learned about the OPT model, nutrition, as well as how to get clients to their fitness goals!

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Study the material presenting in the NASM book and take notes in class.
