    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This class definitely requires all of your attention! Definitely don't plan on passing this class as well as having much of a social life. This class is doable but it requires all of your time and full attention and involvement in lab and lectures.

    Course highlights:

It is fascinating to learn how the human body works and see how amazing God has made us. It can be a very interesting class if you have a positive mindset going into it.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Study all the homework! Also make sure to always go over lecture notes with the book and try find things that were missed or are different. Basically know everything out of the book and especially things in the notes.

    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Professor Saleh is very passionate about faith and science. It shows in her dedication to let her students know of the important information needed. This was definitely my hardest class, but totally worth the numerous hours of studying. She's a tough professor but you learn a ton!

    Course highlights:

I gained a bit more insight on how complex the body really is. It's amazing to see the intricacy of how God created our bodies. Professor Saleh really goes in depth about physiology. Something that really stuck with me was our need for oxygen for the electron transport train!

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Pay attention in class, listen to the lecture (heck record the lecture), flashcards, and attend all after-class study sessions! Jessica the TA was amazgin!

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Honestly, it is doable if you put the time in. I hope you have fast hands because you will not be able to miss a beat in your notes when she talks. It is a class you have to be focused in from point A to point B. That being said, I always hit a point of distraction during class but still got a B+ in the class. Pay attention to the things she says repetitively, they will be on the test. If you do pretty bad on some quizzes and a couple of the tests, don't worry, I did too and I still did pretty good. Good luck!

    Course highlights:

It is amazing to see how the body works. Anatomy teaches you about the structures of a body but in physio you see God's true art piece. I learned all about the systems in our body and how such simple things can trigger any of these systems. Our bodies truly our systems of complex communication.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Take notes and do the reading if you can. Make notes that make sense to you so that you can actually understand the concepts because when you get to the test you have to be able to reason through.
