    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Prof. Whitaker makes nutrition so much fun. Her class is fairly easy, and she has a positive attitude that lifted my mood. She was always very informative on a wide variety of topics in the field of nutrition, while simplifying terminology in order to create the best understanding of the way the human body is affected by food.

    Course highlights:

In this course, she had us track our food for three days, and that definitely opened my eyes to the nutrients I was lacking.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared for a fun yet imformative class. Taking notes is not required but encouraged.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course because it was very informational and relevant to the line of study I am currently seeking. I liked the online forum a lot, although my husband took the on campus version and liked it a lot, as well.

    Course highlights:

I gained the nutritional knowledge that I needed to help further my career as a personal trainer. I can suggest proper nutrition and healthy eating habits to my clients to supplement their fitness journey. I feel comfortable with my knowledge enough to help put together healthy meal plans for most individuals.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to do all of the reading thoroughly, and not to skip any of the extra reading sections in the chapters. The tests and assignments do reflect the "optional" reading sections, as well. So don't skip over those to try and save time.
