    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The class was fantastic. Dr. Quaney helped me improve my writing skills immensely. He took time to have a one-on-one meeting to go over my writing.

    Course highlights:

I hugely improved my grammar while taking his course. Increased my usual word count by over two thousand words. Just how nice and charismatic the professor was made the class fun and not boring

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

To actually read the book it will help you and guide you a lot.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Although the professor was very challenging, I was able to gain more knowledge and skills about the writing process. I was not able to finish the course with the grade I was striving for, but I did finish with additional writing skills and a better understanding of the difference between high school and college.

    Course highlights:

The best part of this course was definitely the times I was able to speak to the professor on a one-to-one basis and have an opportunity to listen to her compliments and concerns on my writing. I was able to see her point of view on things and that has been something unforgettable because I remember a lot of her advice and apply it to every one of my essays since.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Keep an open mind! Professor Galindo has a very unique way of thinking, but if you lend an ear, it will be greatly beneficial. Also, the work is worth it; I know it is a little more than high school teacher assign, but you will finish off the course with unimaginable skills!
