    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I enjoyed this class and the material was interesting to this Political Science major. It's easy to get behind in your reading though, so I recommend making a point to keep up. Prof. Schieck allowed notes for one of the Exams and for the Cummulative Final! I made an A with a 15 hour class load, so it wasn't too terribly bad. Do not hesitate to communicate with her as well, she is one professor that actually listens to what's going on.

    Course highlights:

It begins with a review of the basic business principle and then gets into the legal aspects. A bulk of the class was dedicated to contracts, which makes sense. The flow of the class was nice.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

If you cannot keep up with the reading, then at least cover the topics Prof. Schieck elaborates on in her notes. Know everything about the that particular subject because there was always (in my experience) 10-15 exam questions dedicated to it. ie: types of breaches to contracts
