I love this class because it has taught me how to eat healthier, pay closer attention to what it is I am eating and why exercise and nutrition go hand in hand.
The highlight of this course would have to have been when we learned about reading nutrition labels and ingredients. I learned that you cannot trust what the front of a package says, always read the labels and ingredients.

Be prepared to read and take good notes. This is a common sense course, but there is always something to learn.
