    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    very rude and hard, doesn't want to help you at all

    Course highlights:

    none.. I also did't care for his secretary

    Advice for students:

    Don't take him as your teacher. He's not to bubbly at all.

    Tis course teaches you how to live a healthy life.

    Course highlights:

    It gives you life styles that will keep you healthy and it gives you nutrition advice.

    0-2 hours

    Do all your testing and paper work on time. Do not procrastinate and b e prepared to work out, take notes,and read.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    I would recommend this course because there was a lot of useful information about my health that helped me out side of the class.

    I learned about what food is the best for me to eat based off of how active I am.

    I would tell a student that is considering this course that you need to read the book that is provided for the course.
