    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    I would recommend this course because there was a lot of useful information about my health that helped me out side of the class.

    Course highlights:

    I learned about what food is the best for me to eat based off of how active I am.

    I would tell a student that is considering this course that you need to read the book that is provided for the course.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    This course gave me so much insight of nutrition, fitness and a better overall understanding of my own body. I have learned what my body likes and dislikes, what it can do and what it can't. All of this information I still use today to increase the quality of life by being more cognisant of my health and physical wellness.

    Course highlights:

    Recording all of my food intake for two days to see what kind of nutrients I was receiving and which nutrients I was lacking in. I also enjoyed completing the self work outs each day in between my classes.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Do not skimp out on the self workouts. Put a lot of effort into this course because you will receive so much more if you do. This course offers many ways to enhance your overall lifestyle if you choose to take it seriously.

    Kinesiology is a motivational class! It changed my life and my health!

    I learned how to be a better person. And also I learned that I can motivate people in changing their lifestyle.
