Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend Mr. Chau. He is extremely laid back but can be harsh when grading. He does help you learn and his email is always open for any questions. He keeps in good contact.

    Course highlights:

The only hard thing about this course is the tree lab. You are required to find leaves from certain trees around campus. It was a challenge, but he knows that and takes it into consideration when grading.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

You need to study. You will not have any chance of passing if you do not put the time and the effort into making sure you learn the material. I realized that quickly and it was beneficial.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this coursee because it fun, and important. Mrs. Huse is quite a nice teacher. She gives very clear explanations during lectures, as well as during lab periods. She gives a few extra credit opportunities which turn out quite helpful each time she does, and applies them to the test following it.

    Course highlights:

In the class, topics including, but not limited to evolution, kingdom classificartions, and levels of cell development. One of the things I learned was the different phyla in each kingdom ranging from protists to animalia.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't joke with the class at any point, and make use each extra credit opportunity. MAke use of the SI sessions as well if needed. During lab, pay attention and take good notes, because you onlly get one chance. In lectures, take all necesssary notes, becauase they come in handy.
