    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Tough course but these professors are there to help. Professor Anthony gets a bad wrap but I found her to be great. She gives you real life scenarios to help cement the information in your brain.

    Course highlights:

PASSING! That was the highlight of this course! I learned so much in this course. I do not even know where to begin.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Don't work. Study concepts learn how to apply the information you learn.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Foundation as the name implies mean the basis. It's a must for every single nursing student to pass through it.

    Course highlights:

This course has increased my knowledge and changed the way I look at patients both in short or long term care.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Nursing as a major have been described by many as being "though/ easy", although it may seem not as easy as expected when the first exam is taken and the grade came out to be the most disappointing grade ever. Strive and determination will be the only tools needed to keep forging ahead. Never relent or think of quitting. As a matter of fact,it is easy for many people to quit or give up when things don't work for them as expected but the fact is that you become a failure when you give up. Never give up because you have the potentials embedded in you to become a Nurse or whatever you want to become in life. Failure isn't yet a failure until a person gives up. Believe in yourself and fight it. Also, for those that are working full time or considering a full time job, my recommendation will be to work less in other to have enough hours dedicated to studying the materials for the course, always read smart.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course will give you the foundation you need for your future classes. It teaches you how to look at things critically.

    Course highlights:

The main thing I learned is that you can't learn it all. It is not about memorizing it is about thinking and applying what you know.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Stay organized, join a study group with people who have the same goals and study habits. Study and read everyday.
