The business of news
All news is subsidized.
Somebody/something has to pay everybody that is involved in the news.
o Almost everyone has a third party paying (advertising!)
o B-to-B or Business to business. Also, there is B to C or
Every time you publish something, you take on legal risks. (news article, opinion column,
a photograph, audio or video)
