His test are very straight forward. He doesn't try to trick you and let's you know what he will put on the tests. His lectures are also recorded so if you miss a class or have to work during class, you won't have to worry about being behind.
There is a lot of carbonyl chemistry along with organometallics. He also emphasizes biochemistry in the last unit of the course. Don't be intimidated. He will literally tell you what he will put on the test. The mechanisms who puts on the tests are very predictable (usually the most complex so just focus on those when studying)

Be sure to watch or attend the lectures. Don't let yourself get caught up in watching 6 lecture videos the weekend before the test. He puts practice problems on Canvas and usually puts similar problems on the tests.
