    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Phil is a really great professor and is passionate about what he does. Sometimes his lectures can be a bit dry though, but he cares about his students.

    Course highlights:

I enjoyed how his labs are really hands-on and involve the entire lab class. It gives you a good sense of how to do them, and familiarizing with the techniques.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

It's required for Excercise Science majors, so you will have to take it no matter what. TA is important too because they can be helpful and grade your labs, so get to know them.
