    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The class was very broad and tough to study for because there were never an specific topics the students were told to focus on. Mostly, the students just had a lot of reading dumped onto them. My greatest suggestion would be to collaborate with others in making a study guide with a short summary for each article. If not, you tend to forget the information by the time the tests come around.

    Course highlights:

You get introduced to the different branches of civil engineering. Although, you might not grasp the idea of each one in the beginning. It's mostly ideas you learn toward the end of college.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Work with other students in studying. Don't try to tough it out yourself. And try your best to do the reading and understand the labs or else the exams won't make any sense.

    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it because it gives a good introduction to the study of civil engineering especially if you are unsure about the major.

    Course highlights:

I liked how this class gave a wide introduction to all the methods in the field as well as the areas of study in civil engineering.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you do the readings!
