    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Curtis is a very engaging and awesome lecturer. I enjoyed the content of this course and he was pretty funny.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about the origins of the Latin roots that are used today in medical language, Latin grammar, and history about many of the Latin words we use today. Overall it was very interesting how ancient history played an important role in shaping many important words we use today.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to attend every lecture, and take notes. Do the practice tests and read the book.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This is memorization heavy, so if your not good at that, DO NOT TAKE THIS CLASS! I took this class because people always told me it was super easy, but I don't really feel that was the case. Make sure not to blow this class off and start memorizing well in advance.

    Course highlights:

Basic medical terminology that will definitley be useful for someone going into healthcare.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Start studying in advance, don't wait till the last minute!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Curtis keeps the lectures entertaining as he is an entertaining man. You need to know between 200-400 words for each exam but they aren't too hard. He also gives tons of extra credit if you come to class!

    Course highlights:

I have learned so much about what medical words mean as well as medical history. You also learn a little bit of anatomy along with the chapter for the words you are learning.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to class for the extra credit and just make take to study the words at least the nigh before and to do the practice tests he gives out and you'll be fine.
