    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

This class is amazing! Professor Elkins is attentive to his students and always always asks for feedback. The course is straightforward and easy enough to do well if you apply yourself.

    Course highlights:

This class really challenges you to think outside the box when it comes to development and democracy!

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to his office hours! He's a cool guy and loves to discuss with students.

    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The grading was inconsistent. The professor was good but the TA is the one who really messed everything up. My second test had to be corrected by 10 points.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about human rights. I just feel I would have gotten a better grade if the grading was better. I went from a 70 on my first test to a 95 on my paper and don't feel as though they were that far off in effort.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

If you're really good at sucking up, this is the class for you. She definitely has favorites and your best bet to getting a good grade in the course is being one of them.
