    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Professor Powers has so much wisdom to give to UT! What makes the world intelligible is a discussion based class that meet for 3 hours every Tuesday and I love that it was only once a week and the homework was only one and half page paper per week. This class is super managable and small, so you really get to connect with your professor, your Teachers Assistant, and the other students in the class!

    Course highlights:

I definitely learned why and understood other perspectives of merely looking at the world. I think it was eye opening and sparked curiousity!

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would advise you on the reading. The hardest part is to finish the entire reading per week, so if you like to read, and are curious about the world, law, philosophy, or literature, then this class is for you. If you are more a numbers person, I still would recommend it but I would caution you in taking this class.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I have always had a passion for entrepreneurship and startups and this class is a must take for anyone interested. The professors are very involved in the startup community and I learned from and met more influential people than in any other class.

    Course highlights:

This class was based around getting in groups and starting a company. Most the of companies were tech companies so a lot of it was built around building business models and finding an audience to your product.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

If you have any interest in entrepreneurship this class is a MUST TAKE. You will learn so much about business, marketing, finance, etc. than any one class will offer.
