    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    This course involves too much reading, and it has lots of due dates.

    Course highlights:

    This course has taught me that deadlines don't wait and that in order to stay in track there has to be lots of studying.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    In order to be ready for this course you have to love reading because there's tons of that here, also don't be shy to express your opinions on these topics.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    The course is fairly straight forward and the material isn't too hard. The lectures are long, but there's not much work to do outside of the class.

    Course highlights:

    The class focuses so much on the revolutionary war, and you learn a lot of little details that are interesting.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Always read the textbook, and know the terms. Also, the readings that he does inside and outside of class are so important. They appear on the exams, so you definitely should know the readings really well.

    Amazing lecturer. You're not allowed to take notes so the TA's do it. No tests, a few essays.

    Course highlights:

    He loves history and has a great way of lecturing through stories that make you interested in the history.

    Listen in class - he's brilliant.
