    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    The instructor teaches you how to use the main machines and how to exercise in the right form to avoid injury. Then you have the freedom to do your own workouts.

    Course highlights:

    It gave me a good workout regiment. If you read the textbook it teaches you how to make a workout routine that is effective and useful.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    It is for anyone who is willing to go to class. Its mainly counted through participation (and of course the 4 quizzes in the semester).
