    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would not recommend this course simply because for an introduction class it requires a lot of work and dedication. The test really emphasizes on minor details that are unessential to the class. Also, you had to write 3 mandatory essays and 3 voluntary (not really if you want a good grade) essays. Just don't come into the course expecting a blow-off and you should do fine!

    Course highlights:

The highlight was being able to watch amazing plays performed by UT students. I was able to learn Hamilton which was definitely interesting!

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Remember all the minor details from the presentation!

    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The class was not treated like an introductory course at all. No information was ever posted for reference. The tests were comprised of multiple choice questions that made absolutely no sense. For example, "On the third class day we watch the seen from a movie based on Shakespeare, what was the title of the second movie the main character looked at?." Another one was, "Which one of Shakespeare's friends lived the most interesting life?" I would never recommend.

    Course highlights:

The only thing I gained was an in depth knowledge of behind the scenes theater work from the guest lecturers.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

To succeed make sure to take verbatim notes and never miss a class.
