    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course is really hard to understand if you actually try to learn the material. The quizzes go way more in depth than the book does. Also, make sure you don't fail the first quiz because it will prevent you from getting an A in the class.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot because I really tried to understand the content.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Take it in person and not online.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I recommend online because it feels like I have to teach myself the course anyways with in-person classes!

    Course highlights:

Loved her personality and enthusiasm for the class!

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Use flash cards! Study 1-2 hours after each class day! Keep up with reviewing!

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Professor Toprac is great! She really knows her stuff and she explains all the concepts really well. Her slides are easy to follow but you should always pay attention in lecture and add extra notes to them. There are homework assignments due every class that are checked via clicker. They're a little long sometimes but they really make sure you understand everything.

    Course highlights:

She really tailors it to the students and how we will use finance in our everyday lives. She goes over investment in stocks bonds, mortgages, budgeting, retirement, and financial statements. It feels like one of those courses you should be required to take before you become a real adult!

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not skip class! Not only will it hurt your homework grade (even though she drops a couple hwks), but her lectures are super helpful. Also before tests you should go back and review all the homework answers and do the practice quizzes/test.
