    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This class is literally essential to your engineering degree. Unfortunately, it really sucks. Seek additional resources outside of your professor and TA. Very much a "teach yourself" course, and a difficult one at that.

    Course highlights:

I learned the art of self-reliance, an idea Emerson is well known for touting.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't expect yourself to get an A. GPA does not define your worth.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Hardest class ever, professor lets you use cheat sheet for the exam but it's no help

    Course highlights:

You can use a cheatsheet for the exam and the TA's are pretty good

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Take the course at some community college

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Professor Florin really tries to help student understand concepts, his teaching assistants are more than often very knowledgeable ad make the course easy to understand

    Course highlights:

It is a tough class, there is a lot of work and the tests are hard, non-the-less what you learn in this class is a key for your success in further courses. I am a Mechanical Engineering student, and from what my peers and friends have told me about what is to come (courses like thermodynamocs, statics, dynamics of solids, fluids, etc.) PHY 303k is a key to doing well in those courses

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study hard and go to office hours from the beginning, they really help grasp concepts and understand homework better. Go to class attendance is counted, and you ery likely will need thosee extra points.
