    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I wouldn't recommend this class because I didn't particularly like the lectures. The lectures often turned to rambling and I found myself constantly confused as to what I was actually supposed to take notes on. Not only that, the course grade relies on two exams, which are both 25% of the grade, and a term paper, which is 50%. I didn't like the pressure of having these three grades only.

    Course highlights:

I actually did learn a lot about Socrative definition and the socrative method due to the term paper. I found writing the paper to be the most enjoyable part of the course. I also learned quite a bit about how Plato's ideas differed from Socrates's.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Honestly, I would recommend practicing essay writing. The exams are two essays that you write in class, and they're analytical essays which involve you providing textual evidence and analysis. If you can do that, you're pretty much set for the course.
