Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course showed both the downsides and beauty of advertising. Dr. Close explained it using real examples and in more of an informal lecture that was captivating.

    Course highlights:

The highlights were definitely the various ads that we saw as a class. These ads tied into our current chapter and really dug deeper into the content of the class.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Just read your textbook! Always ask questions and pay attention in class

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The topics learned in class themselve were really interesting. If you would like to learn about the thinking process of consumers in the marketplace then this is the perfect class for you.

    Course highlights:

You will learn about what, when, why, certain things lead for people to purchase products---what led them to this.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

You need to go to class becase Dr. Close will show ads in class that she will ask about in the exam. You need to know what happened in the ad and the topic that goes with the ad. She will also take attendance on random days. As far as studying for the exam, what I did in order to get an A in the course was to outline all the textbook chapters and read my outline 3 times before the exam.
