Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It isn't very difficult as long as you go to class and do the homework. The professor knows the material but I do suggest sitting closer to the front because he doesn't speak very loud.

    Course highlights:

This was one of my first classes at the school and it helped me ease into the college way of studying. The professor was nice but at times a bit monotone. However, most professors usually are occasionally.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Going to class allows for you to know what will be on the test and sometimes just different ways to approach a problem. The discussions are helpful for homework questions and exam information.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Professor Treisman (or Prof T for short) stressed on both the academic success and future promise for students in his course. He taught us that to be truly successful in our careers, we must research in current development and improve upon innovations.

    Course highlights:

I learned to make friends in this course. To truly do well in Prof T's calculus class, his students must learn to struggle together to blend mind power and overcome this very difficult course.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

I cannot stress enough to find a friend early in this course. For the most part, this will be the first calculus course that engineers and scientists will enroll in and it serves as a buffer into the truly rigorous lifestyle that is university. Having friends will not only make the studying easier and more beneficial, but in the long run, they will be an asset into your professional life.
