    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Curtis is a super dynamic and fun professor. You will learn a lot of terminology that will be very useful, especially in the medical field. The tests are frequent but not too difficult and the environment of the class is fun. Will cover basic medical terminology and how to put together words (prefixes, roots, suffixes) in both english and latin.

    Course highlights:

The professor is the highlight of the course. Every class period is chock full of puns and jokes. You will learn a lot. I learned so much that i'm still using some of this vocabulary in my other science courses.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Study with flashcards on quizlet. You will be learning ~200 words per test so find a way to learn them quickly and well. Don't freak out about your grades, one of the seven tests are dropped and you can earn 15 or so extra credit points by taking the beginning of class quizzes.
