    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Tuttle is a great professor, lecturer, and overall incredible guy. Makes the material bearable. Because of the time this class takes up, however, I wouldn't recommend taking it during a heavy semester. It will also be a lot harder if you genuinely don't care at all about the material and are only taking it as a requirement.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about IT, IT management, and strategy. The most useful things I learned in this class were Excel, CSS/HTML, and a bit about SQL. I almost wish the class had been dedicated exclusively to those things.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Start assignments ahead, go to office hours, and do not let the tedious and often open-ended readings pile up. Find friends in the class and collaborate. Study ahead for the exams, because you will be utterly screwed if you wait the night before. This advice applies more to people who cannot sum up any enthusiasm about the content, and I guarantee there will be lots of you.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

You get to learn a lot about IT strategy, and a lot of valuable professional skills you can put on your resume! Taking the class will help you learn a lot of key Excel functions, some SQL, and beginner level HTML5 and CSS3. You'll be in high demand when you apply for jobs! Clint is also super helpful to his students and is always available to help out with any questions about the class, or about life and careers. He also plays a cool song for you at the end of the semester!

    Course highlights:

We learned IT strategy, HTML5, CSS3, SQL in the class. Clint is a big believer in learning on your own and exhausting all possible resources, so he usually expects his students to figure the Excel homework by themselves. It seems pretty scary at first, but you get the hang of it eventually!

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't procrastinate. Try to do the readings on time. Show up to class, he usually has mandatory group assignments due in class. He gives you Hoot as a resource. Use it. Also, start on the homework and study guides as soon as possible and you'll be good to go!

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

First of all, Tuttle is the bomb. Secondly, you may have to put a little time into it but I guarantee that if you try, you'll get an A.

    Course highlights:

We learned about such relevant life topics! I learned how to use Excel through this class, and I would still be clueless if it hadn't been for MIS302F!!

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

There are timed quizzes for every unit, a couple writing assignments, excel assignments, and interactive assignments. Overall, there's many assignments. However, they're not difficult if you watch the module videos and skim through modules! Doesn't hurt to take the course with a buddy so you can do assignments and quizzes together.
