Not too easy. Not too difficult.
She was very easygoing as a professor, but her lectures were very interesting and the material was very diverse. There was a short group presentation, a really fun class debate, and a final paper that she gives you deadlines for throughout the semester.
She is great at guiding discussion in order to ensure that everyone gets a chance to speak. As long as she knows you're trying, you'll make good grades in the class. I learnt a lot about women in the Middle East (her particular TC 357 was titled Veils).

Advice for students:
Be sure to do the reading and participate in class. She's really nice, so go to her office hours and talk to her- you'll learn a lot.
