    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This course is so awesome because you really learn a lot about how good certain foods are for your body & Heath! It's motivates you to want a better lifestyle and to make better decisions when it comes to food for example like learning to read the nutrition labels correctly!

    Course highlights:

I learned that you can't get on a diet, it has to be a lifestyle change. Eating healthy isn't bad how most people think. Also learning about how good is a better source of nutrients than taking supplements.

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Just stay on top of things really pay attention the the instructor and you'll be set!
