Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Larry Speck is an amazing professor and he presents architecture in a way that is interesting and inspiring.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about how architecture impacts people individually and as a society.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Pay attention during the lectures and definitely visit all the building sites for the essays. That is also a great way to bring the topic down from class intolerant your life.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Even if you are not an Architecture major, it is so fun to learn how architecture goes hand in hand with society. I look at architecture on and off campus with more thought about the experience of it. I think it is safe to say that all of my friends were amazed at Professor Speck and his accomplishments in life. The work load is not hard, but fun enough for you to want to try hard. My favorite class this semester by far.

    Course highlights:

Personally, I loved going to look at buildings that our essay prompts needed us to discuss about. For each test, we would get essay prompts that ask us to compare or analyze buildings on campus.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Take good notes and keep them organized. Keep a hold of all handouts as well. Quizlet is a great resource.
