This is an excellent introductory course to empirical analysis. It is easy to understand, yet builds a solid foundation for the subject.
Stoker was an excellent professor and the highlight of the course. While her humor made her approachable, her simple style of teaching broke down complex theories to much more understandable terms. She held excellent review sessions and had very reasonable exams.

Advice for students:
Go to the review sessions, and attend her group office hours! Also, do not skip lecture. The course moves so quickly that if you skip one day of lecture, you will definitely fall behind.
