Pretty easy, overall.
This course is not terribly hard which leaves plenty of room to actively engage in the material, which you'll want to do because it's so relevant! It gives a nice introduction to a breadth of, well, environmental issues to serve as both an excellent briefing for the average student and an excellent jumping off point for those who plan to delve further.
It made me reconsider my personal actions a lot. It also made me question the systems in which I partake: social, economical, political, bureaucratic. Where can we improve? Where do we *require* improvement?

Advice for students:
For the minimal amount of work that it is, if you take it for a letter grade don't dismiss the papers too much—I thought they'd be pieces of cake and only scored B's. However I aced the tests so still ended strong.
