    | No strong feelings either way.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

The course was early morning and was dull. But the professor was nice.

    Course highlights:

Honestly, I never went to class and just took the final. I got an A on the final but participation and homework was a portion of my final grade.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't be like me and go to class. You can get an A easily if you do that.

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The professor and class was great. Help was available if you needed it and a good grade is attainable.

    Course highlights:

The highlight was bouncing back from my first midterm and acing my second midterm. I learned the level of work that is required to succeed at Berkeley.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Do more than just the homework questions assigned because all the questions in the book are good practice.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I struggle in math so I found this course particularly hard, but if you sign up for a tutor and are diligent in your studies, it shouldn't be too bad. I would suggest reading the section you are going to learn in class before you get to class, to be sure that you you know what is going on before you even get to class.

    Course highlights:

This is a calculus class, so it is basically the first half of calculus. It ranges from learning graphing, derivatives, proofs of derivatives, and integration. The lecturer basically just skimmed the surface of the material so it was a great deal of learning on your own.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

As mentioned earlier, make sure you read the section you are learning next before you get to class. This will ensure that you are able to understand what you will be learning before you learn it. Review your notes, don't just write them and then forget about them. Try to review everything you have learned every night, so by the time you get to the final you are well prepared for anything.
