    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I love neuroscience and this course was the most fantastic embodiment of interesting lectures, exciting labs, and projects. The exams were also some of the most well written exams I have taken. Additionally, Professor Larue and Professor Roelink made the course my favorite one at Berkeley, and one I will never forget.

    Course highlights:

In depth brain anatomy, immunohistochemistry lab techniques, dissections, and the ability to learn and actually retain a massive amount of information in short periods of time.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Take it, and enjoy it. Just remember to take decent notes and use them as guidelines when studying. But most importantly, seek help and advice from the Professors and GSI's. They are all awesome people.
