This class was tough.

Course highlights:
Start early. Do the matlab project as you move through the course because there is a lesson on every part and the project can be finished in class this way. It doesn't take too much time if you do it right. Also, watch videos of past lego projects for ideas.

Course Overview:
This class is required, but it is awful. It is one of the most demanding, yet pointless classes I have taken, and the faculty (TA, some professors, and higher authorities) don't handle themselves professionally.
Course highlights:
The main project of this course was a marble sorter using equipment that was hardly capable of this task. We also covered other material learned in other classes (statistics, statics, etc) and some coding in Matlab.

Advice for students:
Do your best but don't worry too much. Take Matlab as seriously as you can, you can't escape it.

Fullerton really wants his students to understand the material and gives curves if they are needed.
Course highlights:
This class is like ENGR 111 in a sense as you are still dealing with Matlab, Labview, and the lego robot project. Fullerton has a sense of humor and tries really hard for his students to understand what is going on.

Advice for students:
Make an effort to learn the material, even if it gets frustrating with some of the not so seemingly important assignments and hw.
