Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I loved this class and the passion professor Murano puts on every topic covered. It is definitely a good introduction to those wanting to go into food science. I recommend the class, as well as the professor.

    Course highlights:

The textbook is required, but everything covered from it and in class is on exams and final. Exams are challenging, as they are not always multiple choice, and there are essay questions, but if you attend class, you will do great! Besides being a great instructor, professors Murano is a good mentor and is always there for his students.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the textbook and you'll do great!
