    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

would recommend to everyone, even if you are not a nutrition major. great professor.

    Course highlights:

LOVED. learned so much about the body and what your body really does by processing such horrible foods versus processing the good foods that your body is craving.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

just make sure you take notes, you can use the notes on exams and quizzes.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

She is a great professor and really cares about your learning! She is so nice, go to her office hours and try to get to know her, she just wants to talk and learn how she can improve as a professor.

    Course highlights:

I learned so much from this course, but the biggest takeaway was just how easy it is to get essential vitamins and minerals from a balanced diet. She really pointed out how all the marketed granola bars and energy drinks are really a giant waste of money.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Stay on top of things, study the powerpoints and do what is on the review.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would absolutely recommend this course simply because of the professor! She is amazing and really taught me what it was like to have to work for your grade. She was reasonably tough but made sure her class was enjoyable as well. I loved her!

    Course highlights:

I learned so much from this course about how bad I was eating to how the human body really worked. The professor took us through so many different aspects and I never got bored. Her powerpoints and examples were always funny which made getting through class so much easier.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

GO TO CLASS. There are things missing in her powerpoint that you will only get in class and those are usually the questions on the test. I would also suggest reading the book. I skimmed over the book and would fly by with a B but I could've done better had I read.
