Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I absolutely love the professor and love the class. She's always in a good mood and makes learning so much more enjoyable.

    Course highlights:

One of my favorite things about this course is when we had to do our Diet Analysis Project. It was a fairly easy project but we learned a lot about ourselves. We had to document and track the food we ate and the exercise we preformed and printed out reports to show us just how well or poorly we were.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

One of the biggest thing to keep in mind is that he tests are really focused on the learning objectives at the beginning of the chapters. If you know those super well, you will do great in this class!

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Creasy is so insightful and passionate about nutrition! She truly cares about helping her students learn and succeed in her class. She will go out of her way in office hours to help you and make sure you are doing what you need to do well in her class. She also does a project that makes you look at the nutrition in your own life and makes you apply what you learned in class to yourself.

    Course highlights:

The highlights were definitely learning about different vitamins and minerals and how they effect your body. Also, listening to Dr. Creasy was great because she doesn't just throw information at you, she really takes time to explain and put it into real life.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to office hours if you need help with anything! She is great at explaining and easy to talk to
