    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Dr. McInnis was a fantastic teacher! She thoroughly and clearly articulated her expectations of the students in her class and during lecture, she kept me engaged all the time! She was very enthusiastic about what she taught and she made the class highly enjoyable.

    Course highlights:

I learned the rich history of the people and events that shaped Texas into the state it is today. After taking that course, I have a new appreciation for being a Texas resident. I really am proud to say that I'm a Texan!

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Take good notes!! Lecture notes are your lifeblood in this course. Also, get to know the people in your class so that you can form study groups. I met with my study group before each test and it worked wonders.
