This course definitely showed me a lot about proper form for lifting, and some food I should and should not eat while trying to be in shape.
Being able to record and critique my form for lifting. I was able to see what I was doing wrong, and why sometimes I don't get the results I want.

Just make sure you go over the book that is required for that class. I still have till this day, and it's very useful when I have a question.
