    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

It was enjoyable and had a a fairly low level of difficulty. The professor was pretty nice and easy to speak with. It helped me broaden my range of musical tastes.

    Course highlights:

I learned a bit more about music in other cultures and what they consider to be auditorily pleasing. I also actually enjoyed working on the group projects with my group. The main benefit though, was learning about new musicians that I hadn't heard of before.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Reading the material is always helpful. Not just saying it but Course Hero was quite helpful as well. Bustos (the Prof.) gives very helpful study guides prior to exams which essentially cover everything. Also, be sure to read the syllabus and any descriptions of requirements for assignments before beginning them.
