Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Savell is very nice and funny! He makes the course really fun and interesting!

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about the anatomy of livestock and of the rules and regulations of animal slaughter. It was fun to watch and be apart of the slaughters that we did in lab. I really learned a lot.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Start studying as soon as you get the material! It takes time to learn the anatomy, but it is very doable!
