    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would highly recommend this course. Besides the fact that this is a required course in the curriculum as an Industrial Engineer, Dr. Ciriaco explains all topics with ease and motivates you to actually learn the material. I used Excel VBA in my internship and i was considered an excel "guru."

    Course highlights:

This class is very applicable. Dr. Ciriaco presented several real-world examples from his own experience and the book. I learned to enjoy learning about excel and its programming abilities. A plus was also coming to every class and listen to Dr. Ciriaco tell a few dad jokes.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't be scared if you fail the first couple quizzes. The teacher usually has one every week so a couple bad quiz grades won't have a great affect on your overall score. Always pay attention in class. There are many topics to cover so be sure to not miss them. Don't hesitate to ask questions if you don't understand.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It's a necessary course for all the industrial engineers as it is the pre-requisite for most of the courses. It is a difficult one. I don't really understand if VBAis important. I think learning programming languages such as python, SQL is more helpful.

    Course highlights:

We learnt about the applications of VBA in solving real industrial engineering problems.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Please be regular with this course. Don't lack behind otherwise it'll be difficult to catch up.
