    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend this course! Normally, economics isn't a very interesting topic for most people. However, Professor Vidal breaks it down so it's simple to understand and relatable to our everyday lives.

    Course highlights:

Professor Vidal is more interested in teaching you the course material than he is in 8-page long research papers and hours upon hours of assignments and readings. I learned so much in this class and it's enlightening how I can now make the connection of my everyday life to what I have learned in class. When I turn on the news, I understand how the rising prices of oil or the lowering of a certain foreign tax will affect the economy and my purchasing power as a consumer.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

My main study tip would be to just attend class and go to office hours or SI sessions if you still need a little bit of help to understand a topic. As long as you pay attention, Professor Vidal makes it so easy to understand all topics.

    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It was my first online class. I do not recommend taking this class if you cannot diligently study on your own. However, I did learn and find the class interesting, but regret taking the online version.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about supply and demand within our universal capital society. I found the graphs and math behind it interesting, however, the content and the wording were confusing if not studied well. Being that the class was online, I felt it didn't supply the full effect of an economics class.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not take this course online. I would , however, take this class to get out of taking economics in highschool espically if your major is in the science field.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it because the teacher makes the course easy to understand.

    Course highlights:

With this class, you will learn the most basic principles of economics. You will understand and have background information of certain trends in the economy.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

All you need to do is attend class everyday and take good notes. The book is a good supplement but with good note taking skills you will do more than fine.
