Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

By far, my most favorite professor! I'm more of a science and math person and really dislike history, but Professor Wallace really made me open my eyes and focus on every word that he was saying. I had the night class but still found myself completely wide awake the entire time he talked. He really knows how to help people if you ask and is really flexible with anything that students need. He's really interesting and makes it simple so that everyone can understand what he is saying. Again, I absolutely hate history, but I learned so much from his class. I found myself remembering a lot of specific things that he says and grew excited to take his exams. He gives out study guides and even goes over what is in the study guide and will tell you what specifically is on the exam for a term if you ask him. There was one day when we were supposed to take an exam, it was scheduled on the syllabus, but he forgot to warn us the week before, so he pushed it to the next week. He's really giving and understands what we're all going through. As for the homework, as long as you put some effort into it, you'll pass. He isn't really harsh about it and even the people who didn't try too much on it still passed. Again, he understands what we're all going through. Amazing professor!

    Course highlights:

It was just history, so I learned about how America was constructed and all the hardships that we went through to gain independence.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Show up to class! Even though he isn't strict about attendance at all, there will be days when he gives pop quizzes. He's really interesting so you won't regret going. He goes over the review; those are the days you really need to be in class.
